Your Mission as a PO Coordinator:

Order Processing and Management: Efficiently process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specified timelines and budgets.

Vendor Relations: Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and managing communications to support project and operational needs.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, anticipating needs and coordinating with suppliers to restock supplies and manage backorders effectively.

Data Accuracy: Ensure the integrity of purchase order data within our systems, updating records and reports as needed to provide accurate tracking and analysis.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and address any PO-related issues promptly.

What We Require:

  • Demonstrated experience in PO management or a similar role, ideally within the tech or home services sector
  • Superb organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of maintaining beneficial vendor relationships
  • Excellent analytical abilities to monitor inventory levels and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and suppliers
  • Minimum high school diploma; further education in supply chain management or related fields is preferred
