As Security Supervisor, you'll provide direction to assigned personnel and perform floor supervision duties.

Additionally, You'll

• Assist with planning and organizing daily operations, including scheduling daily assignments and vacations.
• Train associates on established methods and procedures.
• Assure adherence to all safety policies and procedures in assigned area and report any safety hazards.
• Make recommendations that will contribute to improved job performance and development.
• Maintain security equipment.
• Review reports.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least one year of Security experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Outstanding work ethic and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience will be considered.
• Sound judgement is essental.
