**Job Title: Insulation Technician ($23/hour)** **Job Description** As an Insulation Technician, you will be responsible for insulating residential and commercial buildings using spray foam, rigid foam boards, and spray guns. Your work will involve insulating attics, walls, basements, crawl spaces, and other residential areas. **Responsibilities** + Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces. + Seal and prepare surfaces before insulation installation. + Operate tools and equipment such as blowers, sprayers, and cutting tools safely. + Remove old insulation and dispose of construction materials properly. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in insulation for attics, walls, basements, crawl spaces, and other residential areas. + Proficient in operating hand tools, power tools, and equipment for insulation installation. + Experience with insulation materials such as fiberglass, spray foam, and rigid foam. + Ability to measure and cut insulation materials accurately. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in insulation or construction is preferred. + Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. + Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions. + Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values safety, precision, and efficiency in all aspects of insulation work.
